Order Status

Shipping is $5 flat per order. If you spend more than $100 (before tax) it's free.

Orders ship within 2 business days. All orders are ground shipped, with tracking provided once your order ships.

Returns and exchanges (REs) are $5 flat per transit, except in the case of a manufacturing defect, which is free. REs must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and sent within a week of approval. REs must be in new condition with original tags. REs that do not meet this criteria will be sent back and the $5 fee will be assessed.

To start an RE, contact us with your request, being sure to include your Order # in the subject line or body. Once confirmed, a prepaid shipping label will be provided. Once the item has been received and approved, a refund will be issued minus the $5 fee.
